When configuring your Convergely account, you are asked to provide a variety of permissions for your Slack account. We understand you may be concerned about what we do with this information.
Here is everything you need to know:
We need access to your direct messages in order to set up the auto responder feature.
We access your files in order for you to be able to annotate images.
And we are posting messages “on your behalf”, as part of the message scheduling feature.
Rest assured, we only store the information created with Convergely (scheduled messages, annotated images, etc.) and we don’t read or sell any of it.
